There's something lovely about taking a few minutes out of your day to prepare and enjoy a cup of ceremonial cacao.

We've brought together our two signature Peruvian cacaos, Amaru and Uturunku, so you can explore their different flavours and characters. And for Labour Weekend, we're including a free 15cm traditional Mexican molinillo, a beautiful wooden whisk designed especially for preparing cacao.

From the farming families who grow our cacao in Peru to the artisans who craft our molinillos in Mexico, every part of this bundle has a story behind it.

What's included in your bundle?

Amaru Ceremonial Cacao | 250g

Bright, fruity and full of character.

Amaru is made from Criollo cacao grown by a farming family in Peru, using whole cacao beans that are carefully processed into a pure, untempered paste.

Named after the serpent of Andean mythology, Amaru has a naturally sweet, fruity flavour with a gentle acidity. It's a lovely choice for a morning cacao or whenever you fancy something a little brighter.

Like all our ceremonial cacao drops, it's made without added sugar or fillers. Each convenient 4–5g drop makes it easy to prepare your cacao without having to chop or shave a larger block.

Uturunku Ceremonial Cacao | 250g

Deep, earthy and beautifully rich.

Uturunku, named after the jaguar of Andean tradition, offers a very different cacao experience.

Made from ancestral Peruvian cacao, it's stone-ground and unrefined, with complex earthy and nutty flavours and subtle notes of dark fruit.

Its richer character makes it a wonderful choice for a slower moment, whether that's an afternoon break, some quiet reflection or simply taking time to enjoy a beautifully prepared cup of cacao.

FREE Traditional Mexican Molinillo | 15cm

A little piece of traditional craftsmanship for your cacao ritual.

Our molinillos are hand-carved from natural wood by a family of artisans in Mexico, who have passed their craft down through five generations.

The molinillo is a traditional Mexican whisk, designed to mix cacao and create that wonderfully smooth, frothy texture.

Simply place it between your palms and roll the handle back and forth to whisk your cacao. The 15cm size is ideal for preparing a single cup, making it a lovely addition to your daily routine.

Pure cacao, prepared your way

Both Amaru and Uturunku are made from certified organic Peruvian cacao, with no added sweeteners, emulsifiers or preservatives.

We use the whole cacao bean, preserving its naturally occurring cacao butter and the rich flavours that make each variety distinctive.

Our cacao comes in convenient drops, so there's no chopping, shaving or complicated preparation required.

And with two different varieties to enjoy, you can discover which one you prefer, or simply choose according to what you feel like drinking that day.

How to prepare your ceremonial cacao

Making your own cup is wonderfully simple.

• Warm your liquid. Heat around 200–250ml of water or your favourite plant-based milk until hot, but not boiling.

• Add your cacao. Start with around 20–25g of Amaru or Uturunku drops, adjusting the amount to your preferred taste and richness.

• Whisk with your molinillo. Allow the drops to soften, then place your molinillo in the cup or a small jug. Roll the handle between your palms to mix the cacao and create a lovely froth.

• Take a moment to enjoy. Pour into your favourite cup, find somewhere comfortable and enjoy your freshly prepared cacao.

You can also add a little cinnamon, vanilla or your favourite natural sweetener if you prefer.
