Beginners Course: Cacao Foundations

A welcoming, grounding entry point for those new to cacao—covering origins, varieties, preparation, and basic sacred context. If you are new to cacao this course is for you, providing solid foundation to start to use cacao in your own daily practice and unlock its health benefits.

Content is 40 minutes of pre-recorded videos—divided into three sections: 
-Section 1 covers history and ancient traditions
-Section 2 explores the production,  processing and types of cacao varieties and cacao products
-Section 3 delves into the science, and health benefits of cacao. And how to choose the right cacao for the right application.
