   * Import requirements, permits, and documentation.
   * Taxes, duties, customs fees, VAT, or any other charges imposed by your local authorities.
   * Limits on quantities for personal use versus commercial importation.
   We strongly recommend consulting your local customs authority, biosecurity agency, or relevant government bodies prior to purchase to avoid delays, additional costs, or issues.

Customs Seizure, Confiscation, or Rejection: If your order is delayed, seized, confiscated, destroyed, or rejected by customs or any regulatory body in your country (e.g., due to biosecurity risks or non-compliance), we are not liable for any resulting losses. This includes:

   * No refunds for the product cost.
   * No reimbursement for shipping fees (outbound or return).
   * No coverage for any additional fees, fines, or penalties incurred.
   In such cases, the sale is considered final upon dispatch from New Zealand, and we will not process returns, exchanges, or refunds.
