I find I recover fast from infection when I’m taking these regularly. Also helps to keep my brain sharp, clears the fog that comes with menopause and age.

I’m seven months pregnant, and for most of this journey I’ve been far too unwell to enjoy cacao. I decided to try a smaller pack this time, unsure if my body would handle it yet—normally I drink the 1kg Snake and love its vibrant, enlivening energy. This pregnancy has brought waves of anxiety, and I felt called back to cacao for presence, peace, acceptance, and unconditional love.

Before it even arrived, I found myself praying to cacao for support—to help ease the nausea, the exhaustion, and the worry. And in such perfect timing, despite the red weather warning, it reached me right when I needed it most.

I get confused with the different names you you use...what's the difference between Criollo and Amaru. Is there any compromise in effectiveness using the powder compared to the drops or block.

It is nearly impossible or just flat out impossible to get organic raw cacao beans. Besides being truly magical little things that are just absolutely stunning to look at and to be around, scientific data shows that they have the most antioxidants compared to cacao nibs, presumably due to less surface exposure to oxygen. Mind you, cacao nibs and all cacao products are going to be incredibly high in antioxidants, but the whole bean is going to be like the ultra unprocessed form. There’s something very cool about handling the actual whole cacao bean and I’ve never done a cacao ceremony, but I would definitely want to have these for one because they are absolutely, again, stunning. There really is something magical about them. And they break up very easy for cacao nibs in my experience.

Really appreciate the informative detail on the packaging along with the wonderful fragrance, flavour & benefits of the products themselves. It’s wonderful to learn about their flavour and molecule profile, for what effects, benefits and uses are most relevant for each.

Potent, delicious, supportive and can serve many cups over time.

So far I’ve enjoyed alternating between Amaru & Uturunuku depending on the mood or need of the day or moment. It’s nice to have the two to choose from and enjoy.
