An amazing product. I love having this in the evening, some say it gives you an uplift, but I find that it calms me and gives me huge clarity.

Heard about seleno health through a podcast, had been struggling with PCOS and hormonal imbalances, menstrual irregularities etc. Maca for women has naturally sorted all of these out, I swear by it. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Im really impressed with the flavor and texture, so creamy. Made with soy milk and maple syrup.

I have 2 or 3 of these paste drops in heated unsweetened oat milk, and sometimes combine with organic carob powder as a hot drink. I don't add sugar as I find it's not needed. Great product.

I’m seven months pregnant, and for most of this journey I’ve been far too unwell to enjoy cacao. I decided to try a smaller pack this time, unsure if my body would handle it yet—normally I drink the 1kg Snake and love its vibrant, enlivening energy. This pregnancy has brought waves of anxiety, and I felt called back to cacao for presence, peace, acceptance, and unconditional love.

I get confused with the different names you you use...what's the difference between Criollo and Amaru. Is there any compromise in effectiveness using the powder compared to the drops or block.
