FREE SHIPPING orders $100 and over to NZ addresses
NZ wide shipping $8.50
Australia $29.99 and other International $59.99-$69.99 for up to 6kg actual weight or volumetric weight. For orders above this weight contact us for a customised shipping quote.
Shipping rates are based on the chargeable weight of each package, which is the higher of: Actual weight (the gross/physical weight including packaging, measured in kg), or Volumetric weight (also called dimensional weight), which accounts for the space the package occupies.
For packages with an actual weight under 6 kg: Volumetric weight (kg) = (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 5000 The chargeable weight = the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. → If your package is dense/compact, you'll usually pay based on the actual weight (under 6 kg). → If it's lightweight but bulky volumetric weight may be higher → you'll pay based on that higher figure, even if actual weight is only 2–5 kg.
Our goal is to ship products within forty eight hours of receipt of payment. Shipping costs are set for New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada and Europe regardless of order volume. For other countries not listed we will work with you to ship at the lowest possible rate.
RETURNS
We do not offer refunds or credit on change of mind purchases. Once payment is finalised we are unable to change orders. We are happy to return any faulty or damaged goods and offer a full replacement or equivalent store credit for the full purchase amount. Please get in touch with us by emailing info@selenohealth.com.
