HOW TO USE:

For best results, shake the bottle before use. Using a mirror place the required number of drops under your tongue. Close your mouth and hold for 60 seconds before swallowing. This allows the powerful MCB Oil to be absorbed directly into your bloodstream, providing fast and effective action. Once your 60 seconds is up you are able to either swallow directly or wash your oil down with a beverage (eg plant based milk, tea, juice, smoothie etc).

DOSAGE:

For beginners, we recommend starting with just 2-3 drops 2-3 times per day for the first 5 days, and gradually increasing by adding 1-2 extra drops each 5 days until you reach your desired dosage where your body feels more in balance. It is important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly as everyone has different sensitivities and different stressors. Most people find the range of 8-15 drops per day to be a sufficient dose. Each bottle contains approximately 305-315 drops. Most people find a bottle lasts 4-6 weeks (equating to a cost of $3-5 per day).
