Suggested Ritual Preparation

1. Heat 200ml to 250ml of spring water or your favourite plant-based milk until hot but not boiling (ideally around 70°C to preserve bioactives).

2. Add 20g to 25g of cacao drops (approximately 4 to 5 drops for a daily cup, or 6 to 8 drops for deeper ceremony) into your mug or small jug.

3. Place the head of the 15cm molinillo at the bottom of the vessel, hold the handle between the palms of your hands, and rub them back and forth rapidly to spin the whisk.

4. Continue whisking until the cacao has fully melted and a thick, creamy foam rises to the top. Sip mindfully.
