Organic Activated Chocolate Maca Powder
Our authentic Peruvian organic maca is personally sourced by us from our farm in the mountains of Junin, Peru.
It is socially responsible with 50c per bag donated directly to our charity fund to support the local community of San Jose de Quero.
It is organic certified and ethically sourced direct farm to table. All the steps we take are to create a sustainable method of trade that benefits all involved.
Once harvested our maca is naturally dried for 3 months at altitude, then activated (pressure heated) to remove the starch and bacteria before being combined with 30% organic Peruvian cacao from the jungles of northern Peru to create an even more potent antioxidant superfood with a rich chocolate flavour.

This was my first time trying maca. I'm a fan of the ceremonial cacao and enjoyed the blend of maca and cacao. The maca is an acquired taste quiet earthy but it has definitely grown on me. Another great product from Seleno Health thanks.
Tasty and worth it
I’ve recently started using the chocolate maca is my porridge in the morning and it is so tasty! It’s nice when you know you’re doing something good for your body and it is yummy too.
This is my new coffee..
I absolutely love this drink, with a pinch of sea salt, a little honey and coconut milk - Yum!
Fantastic Maca powder
Love this maca powder. It's smooth and pairs beautifully with ceremonial cacao for a warming, tasty and nourishing drink.
Instead of having a hot chocolate loaded with sugar, I drink chocolate maca every day instead. I make it with coconut milk, but it’s good with any type of milk Great taste and it’s healthy too! It’s taken me a while to realise it, but it’s best made in to a paste witch COLD water to start. I had been using hot water for a long time, and it always clumped up, making mixing very difficult.
